My understanding was that the payment still owed (now paid) to Rapid was part of an agreed payment schedule, so not a "debt" in the sense of payment due. The schedule was kept and made now. Cash has transferred hands, simplistically. The above assertion that a payment schedule was created and thus not a "debt" doesnt hold water. If it isnt PAID it is still a debt, regardless of payment patterns. I cant say I have paid off my mortgage just because I have an agreed 30 year payment schedule, can I ? No. So neither can Green hide behind that particular excuse. BTW, I am NOT anti-Green - but he did say they were paid, so he has been bending the truth here. Fair comment, I guess my interpretation was that all debts that were due had been paid, and that others would continue on the schedule originally agreed.
