I think you should refrain from the contant use of "[if you don't agree with my standpoint] you are an utter fool". You use the phrase constantly and it's a back door way of insulting anyone with a different opinion to yours. I can give examples if you want e.g. "Jim Traynor is Charles Green's mouthpiece". Every word he utters is Charles Green's words according to you. You can't possibly know that 100% but you still thought it was OK to call anyone who thought otherwise "a fool". Just for the book another saying often used by some members is "if you don't agree with me you must be deluded." Just because people don't agree does not mean that anyone is deluded.
