Yep ... England has a "three horse race" in a league of 20, Germany has a "one plus two pretenders a season-race" in a league of 18, Italy has a "at best four horse race" in a league of 20 ... they are all doomed? Just look at who won the last 10odd titles there to get the idea.

England have had 4 different winners in the last 9 seasons (3 different clubs in last 3 years)

Germany have had 5 different winners in last 9 years (4 in last 3)

Italy 3 winners in last 3 seasons.

 

Spain: have had a two horse race for 8 years now.

 

Scotland's two horse race has been running for a generation. In fact only once in the last 17 years has a team outside the OF finished 2nd.

 

Our game has been dying a slow death and there's nothing that reconstruction can do about it.

England don't really count. At least two winners are purely due to sugar daddies which could happen any time in any country at any time. You could argue we're just as competitive as two rich arabs or Russians could come along and easily take two SPL clubs to the title by spending 200m a year.

The bottom line, in my opinion, is they (the corrupt SPL/SFA) want us in their 18 club league next season, whereupon they're still be controlling the TV rights, etc. They want us down but not out! ... whereas, most opposing fans want us dead and buried!
