I've been contacted by the sister of an old mate, and staunch bluenose, Pete Birrell. Aged 44, last known to be living & working in London. I last spoke to him on July 3rd, and his last posts on Facebook were 29th July, after the Brechin game. If anyone knows of Pete's whereabouts, can they ask him to contact his sister, or at least let the relevant people know he's ok. No contact over the festive period has his family worried, so I'm trying to help. Regular Euro travellers may know his ugly face. He's not the one in the tartan trousers by the way. So thats good (sort of). He doesn't appear to be interested in replying to messages or contacting his family though, so there's not much more to be done, other than to say thanks for your help people, and can admin please remove this thread.
