the gunslinger 3,366
Aside: Wylde's on loan at Bury these days, not worked out at all. yeah he's gone rather astray. I preferred the way we played with him in the team. he got an incredible number of crosses in per game and he put the opposition very much on the back foot.
Gribz 966
alouko, Burke wylde and Beasley were all half as flashy and twice as effective imho. Aluko is the only one id give you out of them. Burke used to trip over his over feet. Beasley got blown over by the wind and Wylde was just beginning to come onto a game when he got dropped. Weiss was inconsistant but when he was good he was very good.
the gunslinger 3,366
look at goals and assist stats per minute on the park. beastly was probably the worso of the lot but when he played he was effective. Burke very much do as well. wyldes assist stays were world class.
Zappa 0
I remember wee Weiss tearing Motherwell a new one at Firpark and he chipped in with something like 5 goals and 10 assists that season even although he only played in just over 20 games! One of his finest moments was this stroke of absolute genius to set up Jelavic in the CIS Cup Final - We hadn't seen that sort of class for years!

simplythebest 0
Did McGregor not gift Samaras the opening goal that day?
the gunslinger 3,366
depends how you look at it. he came off his line and didn't make it. of course by then samaras was clean through. I felt our big problem was gifting a piss poor celtc team possetion from the off that day.
