Probably the issue that caused me most concern about Green was the TUPE fiasco. It's a system that's supposed to protect the rights of the employee, so when he claimed that players would be in breach of contract if they didn't transfer as he wanted, he was way off the mark. Badly advised, maybe.

It protected so many people that really need their job at Rangers.

 

Green has managed to get fees (albeit small) for Davis, Fleck and McCabe so far so maybe he had a point.

i had to explain tupe to one worried employee and that his job was safe. d&p must share much of the blame on this is suspect.

I was recenty TUPED over when our work merged with a far larger larger organisation. we got lots of infos about tupe and it all says you have right to refuse the transfer
