I was recenty TUPED over when our work merged with a far larger larger organisation. we got lots of infos about tupe and it all says you have right to refuse the transfer

 

I was TUPED over at the start of this year. The onus is on the employee to refuse the transfer.

this was in our prospectus. i fail to see the press conspiracy nor do i believe stv are particularly bias.

 

I'm not saying they are bias, but there are two stories to run with and we get the negative one, if this is in the prospectus then it is hardly news?.

Has the appearance of a power grab by the PFA.

 

Though it's probably in the longer term interests of the players and the clubs to have a definitive legal decision on what the legal implications are in regards to this matter as it doesn't appear to have been tested in regards to football previously.
