Investors To Buy Nearly £20m Of Shares

Recommended Posts

You made it sound like it was because of Charles. :whistling:

i don't think i did. did i not say that it was up to the individual but i couldn't invest. though i don't think i would if i could afford it.

for example i wouldn't have anything to do with a scheme that involved a dividend and money leeching out the club.

i know for a fact i've said it sounds like a good investment if what we saw in the leaked presentation was true. but if that was correct i wouldn't touch it because of the dividend.

two main issues for me right now.

is the money for the purchase coming out of club funds?

will a dividend be paid.

i cant stress how strongly i would be against either senario and i hope we get clarity in the prospectus.

Yes it's quite bizarre you ask a question and when it's answered factually you automatically conclude it's an attack on Green.

So show me the basis in law for Green or anybody else for that matter being able to limit someones stake in a publicly quoted company to 15% ditto for the AIM rule enabling him to do likewise.

That is not what I was stating. Nor was I slagging you off. I was just wondering about who knows the answers when it goes con-Green (a slight difference to anti-Green). And, btw, this is no pro-Green remark.
