plgsarmy 111
At the meeting with fans CG stated that new strip designs had to be in by November (I thought he said the beginning of but I'm uncertain). I was wondering if we had signed a new kit deal or agreed a deal for naming rights whether we would be unable to announce it until after the IPO. Anyone know?
Bluedell 5,689
No new deal has been publicised, so presumably there has not been one signed. Can't think of any reason why the IPO should delay it, other than delaying the announcement until nearer the IPO to increase the feel-good factor at that point.

the gunslinger 3,366
sorry I am taking the piss. I do wonder when we will get a shirt deal though I imagine a strip can be designed and launched fairly quickly.
kuznetsov 0
it better be adidas, i have my heart set on it. anything less will be a complete lack of ambition. adidas is the only brand which can rival celtics nike deal.

I've heard Puma are now favourites. They've offered more money.
kuznetsov 0
I've heard Puma are now favourites. They've offered more money. oh god i hope not. a cheap rubbish brand with no avenue to expand our brand worldwide. the same limitations we have with umbro we will have with puma. absolutely gutted and quite angry if you are right. it better not be!
