Surely the SFA/SPL can just say it's none of BDO's bussiness and say it's our money now and we're keeping it The legal system wouldnt allow that to happen. It is a liquidation event and the law courts would demand that monies be returned to their rightful owners (the creditors) and the SPL & SFA can do fuck all about it if they lose the legal case in that regard. I'm sure the SFA & SPL will have the monies owed to us tucked away safely in accounts so that when the nice men from BDO come looking for it they'll simply hand it over.
