Frankie 8,684 Posted October 30, 2012 Share Posted October 30, 2012 It's difficult to nominate anyone for the board of the club (executive or football boards) when we don't know the remit, the commitment required and who'd fancy standing. I don't doubt we'd all like to be the ones wearing the blazer but such a position means great responsibility and, arguably, an expert knowledge of a large variety of subjects - business, PR and even football itself! Someone like Monty would probably be best if he was able to juggle his own business commitments with that of representing us all. Our own Bluedell would also be an excellent choice. The one issue I have with Monty is that he knows all the main players already. He has the opportunity to pass on his gripes and groans and may have already done it many times.
