Conduct of Sir David Murray, Craig Whyte and Rangers directors examined

no but the first part of what I have been saying for a long time now is being proven correct.

fact remains that on the day of the cva d&p turned down an offer from Walter smith who wanted to put money into rangers in favour of people looking to make money out of us.

was that decision morally correct from people who either knew they were selling to him before admin or went and found him to sell to him. was it even lawful.

whole thing reeks and we are the ones suffering.

It was the best decision for the creditors, nobody seems to put an official dispute forward as far as that goes, irrelevant about bids being 'Rangers men' or not.

Right now all Green is guilty of is getting a bargain.

in what way is 5.5 million better for creditors than 6?

what we have now is an orgonisation with zero credibility and probable court action pending freely admitting they found the consortium to buy us.

that and 3 different purchasers complaining of problems with d&p while they tried to buy us looks incredibly suspicious.

and none of that was gross work. all Clark and whitehouse.

let's hope the purchasers are more honest than the crooks selling us.

Found is clearly an exaggeration, they alerted Zeus to our situation because they have history with football clubs. I doubt that's an unusual practice in administration.

That deal was agreed from the start if a CVA got knocked back, you can argue the merits of that all you want but TBK were the ones who refused to consider a newco route and Walter, McColl etc were no-where to be seen until the dirty work of liquidation had already happened.
