I agree this is all assumption. The best way Ticketus had of getting their money back was to take over Rangers. They tried with TBK but that went tits up. Now Personaly I don't believe they just got up and held their hands up and said "we lost". As I said before all involved seem to be in a circle of friends and ex employees.

But the deal was terminated and they became a creditor on the basis that they couldn't reach any agreement with the bidders. Why make a thing of hiding it if they actually did agree a deal with a bidder?

The Rangers support would never have accepted them at that point, or possibly even now. If they can get the club into a saleable position then they get their money back with a possible profit.

Surely you don't believe they just walked away because no terms satisfied them? They made their Own terms possibly?

 

Possibly in normal circumstances. Three times, for example, TBKs were about to become preferred bidders. Third time Brian Kennedy was boarding his jet to to the UK from New York and got a phone call from Whitehouse. BK said, I'm flying into Gatwick but can redirect the plane to Glasgow. He was told to fly into Glasgow because TBKs were preferred bidder. He did, was picked up my Paul Murray and within two miles from Ibrox received a phone call from Whithouse saying CG was PB. Fucked up!

 

Nothing against CG and co, they played a better game!
