Conduct of Sir David Murray, Craig Whyte and Rangers directors examined

Recommended Posts

I haven't changed position too much, Grier always seemed dodgy. Clark and Whitehouse, well even if you think they had a duty to know, that just makes them incompetent.

Matters not, if Grier has f*&ked up then Duff & Phelps have f*&ked up.

Griers use of the word "we" in regards to discussing the email trail (or lack therof) to the Ticketus deal with their counsel is quite revealing.

Based on what? The ticket money 'deal' was scrapped and they became a creditor, there's as much chance of HMRC being the owners.

Possibly but this just seems to be a magic circle of friends. I can't remember all the in's and out's but Octupus, D&P, Whyte, and Zeus all seem have a connection with each other and that makes me feel that Octopus\Ticketus are pulling the strings

they claimed they found them not whyte. the evidence for my view on d&p sure is mounting.

They didn't claim they found them, they got in contact with Zeus capital early on to alert our situation, part of an administrator's job is to encourage and try and find potential investment.

And the legal action against Whyte is a front?

These guys are certainly cunning...
