Bearman 9
From their wikipedia page Gordon Smith earned the unique distinction of being the only player to win the Scottish football championship with three different clubs (Hibs, Hearts and Dundee), none of them either half of the traditionally dominant Old Firm. That's a mind blower...records like that nowadays usually go to the elite pandering their trade at the very top. In saying that...Messi, Ronaldo, Hazard and anyone else will never manage that personal feat in any league. The Scottish League was a well respected league back in those days, most of today's stars would have been 'ordinary' in it.
Scott7 6,002
Gordon Smith was the best forward I ever saw. celtic weren't terribly dominant in those days. Hibs and Hearts were the big rivals.
