Makes you wonder why Scottish football stayed in the dark ages? I still believe when they took away school football they never replaced it with a good grass root system. Coaching techniques seemed to stagnate and facilities were mostly crap. I have no idea how it now is but that put Scotland years behind lands like Holland, Denmark etc. let alone the top countries.
