If the cash did (or does) indeed go to the PLC it means absolutely nothing with regards to how UEFA view the situation. All UEFA prize money and payments for association member clubs is paid to the national associations and distributed to the clubs by them, so in our case it would be the SFA who recieved all of the money from UEFA and will be dividing it up into payments to the clubs.

 

Also worth noting is that it would be perfectly natural for this Euro 2012 money to go to "oldco" (the PLC) unless Charles Green's consortium had acquired it from the administrators as part of the purchase agreement.

And the prize money should be the same. The SPL have no right to it. It's either to us or in the creditor's pot.
