RANGERRAB 3,862
that the much acclaimed new SPL SKY/ESPN TV deal (no actual figures released BTW) is actually supposedly less in value than one EPL match ?
kuznetsov 0
not sure how to compute that comparison mate.

bluebear54 0
Does anyone know exactly how much the deal is worth per annum (after the SFL cut) Also how RFC are getting per annum?
aweebluesoandso 290
The SPL is on course for financial armageddon, the crowds are already down going by yesterdays figures on the so called "Sell out Saturday" season tickets sales are also a joke. They will be already planning their survival drill, what could that be? An extended SPL? the words Horse, dead, flogging come to mind with that idea. When they come begging to us of the SFL variety for help, we must demand fare and equal shares of for all, plus a root and branch reconstruction of the SFA, it's officials and committees.

Yeah I heard about this sell out Saturday, not one of the 4 games were near to full houses. Some aberdeen fan was talking about it on sky sports news saying they already have 13,800 season tickets yet their crowd yesterday was 14000. Yet 0-0 with Ross County wont encourage them to go back. Even with a Edinburgh derby today, I doubt there will be 20000 there that Easter Road holds. Maybe 16 or 17 thousand yet in Hibs next home game it will be back down to less than half full.

GovanAllan 0
http://i50.tinypic.com/4ryelc.jpg Kind of says it all about the SPL a laughing stock.
