Coistyâ??s Order of the day

Recommended Posts

ALLY McCOIST wants the Blue Order to help his Ibrox kids settle.

The boss has already held training sessions on the famous turf so his inexperienced squad can savour playing there.

Youngsters like Lewis MacLeod, Barrie McKay and Robbie Crawford are set to face East Fife at Ibrox in tonightâ??s League Cup clash.

But the majority of Coistyâ??s kids have never even played on the famous surface before.

And the boss wants the noisy Blue Order section in the Broomloan Stand to help with backing. He said: â??Boys like McLeod and McKay and Robbie Crawford have done fine and itâ??ll be nice to give them a run.

â??Itâ??s a big thing for them â?? itâ??s a far bigger pitch, for a start.

â??I just hope it will be a super atmosphere. Weâ??ve sold 22,000 tickets and it will be pay at the gate.

â??Iâ??m hoping that the mad squad in the Broomloan will be there.

â??They kept the place absolutely buzzing last season and when I call them mad itâ??s a term of endearment. They were magic.â?

Meanwhile, McCoist is refusing to back down in his comments about how the football authorities dealt with his club.

He said: â??The things you regret are what you say in the spur of the moment. What I said wasnâ??t spur of the moment.â?

Good on our man Coisty to drum up a game v East Fife at Ibrox a proper job indeed...there's a long long road ahead and we are on that road.

Thank you Ally, for keeping the faith, for that we are eternally grateful. We will never succumb. We shall overcome. WATP. No Surrender. Long live The Rangers.
