Which Company owns Celtic FC?

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The one that has net worth of 23.5 million debt?

From Bluedell's investigation I gather the one with 37k of credit only still exists to maintain the original name. PLC owns players, the ground and SPL share. The other one gets all income from gate receipts and TV and pays all the wages. According to Bluedell the club is also represented in Europe under this company name so I would assume then that it holds the SFA membership.

Even with all that info it's not very easy to decipher which one technically owns 'the club' though.

Let's go with what Celtic themselves say - "Celtic F.C. Limited has the main activity of which is the operation of a professional football club."

They obviously think that the club is Celtic F.C Limited, and who am I to argue if they define the club being operated by a company formed in 2001.

Can see them take our titles and us counter fighting and winning some of theirs and then them winning one or two again and us ending up with 65 or something.

Winning on the park is really what it's all about.

For them to go down this path is stupid and petty and pure desperation

Maybe I'm missing something simple, but if the PLC has (or had in 2011) assets = £18,905,000, cash at bank = £10,818,000 and liabilities = £28,075,000 how can the net worth be £29,639,000?

You are missing the tangible fixed assets which will include the stadium etc.

That website is only showing you cash + current assets - current liabilities. It isnt showing the tangible assets.
