Harper Macleod - Integrity?

This Webmaster really does try his best to overlook the personal indiscretions of Scotland's lawyers and judges and concentrate instead on their legal misconduct. However, the Neilson Scandal highlights grave judicial unaccountability that amounts to nothing short of corruption. The Scottish Taxpayer is getting sick and tired of gravy-train riders such as Neilson milking the system when caught behaving badly.

In 2004 Neilson's world collapsed as the police raided the Glasgow brothel in which he was about to pay for kinky sex. Dressed only in a towel, the myopic sheriff bleated to cops about how he "only came in for a shave". A man of integrity would have resigned immediately, but Neilson chose instead to remain in his position - albeit suspended - collecting full pay and benefits, courtesy of the taxpayer, for a further 4 months. Lords Gill and Cullen led the costly, protracted judicial investigation into Neilson's "fitness to practice". As this lengthy investigation drew to a close, Neilson suddenly resigned. The findings were conveniently binned and the Law Lords also conveniently failed to comment on Neilson milking the cash cow for a whole FOUR MONTHS; an astonishing omission given the expense of this avoidable judicial investigation (also paid for by the taxpayer). Hugh Neilson has never been asked to repay this money.

Gis-a-Job - Harper Macleod

Solicitors Harper Macleod welcomed Neilson with open arms and chequebook into their Litigation Department. It goes without saying the partners in this firm are aware Neilson ripped off the taxpayer. But do they care? It would appear not and such lawyer indifference is just typical of a legal profession which thinks one thing privately but dares not to speak out publicly.

2011 the SEO isn't quite finished yet but here's some temp ones meantime - apologies for the sexual phrases but these are to help increase hits to this website mainly for the benefit of search engine bots

Neilson still works for Harper Macleod solicitors and his office is in the heart of Glasgow's red light district, conveniently located near many of the best massage parlours, prostitiutes, hookers, escort agencies, escorts and brothels that Scotland has to offer. No doubt Edinburgh Sheriffs and Judges will claim that Edinburgh Brothels, Edinburgh massage parlours and Edinburgh hookers are the best and the cheapest hookers in edinburgh, but there can be no doubt that Scottish Sheriffs and Judges only use hookers because they've absolutely no chance of getting their ho....errr that's enough filth for the search engines.

Questions for Hugh Neilson:

1. Have you ever sentenced a Glasgow prostitute or even an Edinburgh prostitute? 2. Surely the honest, honourable thing to have done would have been to resign immediately, thereby saving the taxpayer a small fortune on wages, benefits and a futile judicial investigation?

3. Did you threaten to spill any beans, such as the identity of other prominent sheriffs who visit brothels in Glasgow, brothels in Edinburgh or any other Scottish brothels, Scottish massage parlours or Scottish escorts?

In light of Harper McLeod's remit reference the investigation into Rangers EBTs , two years past Peter Lawwell's daughter, Nicola was a recipient of their annual Placement Scheme.

Nicola hopes for world peace, wants to open an animal sanctuary, and enjoys both facial and anal humiliation.

Should Rangers themselves not be questioning this?

Perhaps there hands were tied in the registration saga. But I would like to see Rangers making of some sort of statement now. Not to do with the case but questioning Harper MacLeod involvement in the investigation

There should be some form of truly independent investigation into this sordid affair.

And that to me would mean someone from outwith this country of ours.

Regan and Doncaster don't foresee the flames that they are fanning.

There are far too many coincidences now for all this to be circumstance.

A lot of Rangers fans now realise this, and in my opinion, I really think that the Law Society should be stepping in here and advising Harper macLeod that the integrity of the legal profession is a stake. as is the future of the Scottish game.

It's clear that the SPL have decided that their articles have been Breached, and it's clear that they just need a willing patsy lawyer team to rubber stamp it.

Regan and Doncaster would be better served trying to rebuild Scottish football instead of destroying it.

That's unless their intention is to rebuild it without Rangers.

Peter Lawwell testimonial:harper macleod

:"Lorne Crerar has shown the vision and management excellence to create a very dynamic and strong growth firm. Rod McKenzie clearly has had a role to play in this development and in addition, he is still "on the tools" and provides great support to our Club. They also have a very impressive Chief Executive in Martin Darroch.

The working environment, partnership and employee relationship appears to be first class and clearly the excellent pattern in staff retention reflects this."

Peter Lawwell, Chief Executive, Celtic F.C. Limited

It certainly seems to have gone quite since the accusations of 'bigotry driven unfairness'. This is the time to kick them in the nuts, when they're going deeper and deeper downward. Just like they did with us.

Speak out now Charles Green, feck what they have to say about you explaining yourself, demand expalnations from them about the types that are being set on us.
