I'd have thought that tonight will be a write off signings-wise with the game being on, but you never know. They might have a few players at Ibrox tonight to put pen to paper. If not, then it'll be a last minute scramble tomorrow. McCoist doesnt seem to be involved in contract negotiations though - if you read what has been said he has given his targets to Green and that would include the trialists. Green then has the job of trying to secure them. Which means the game this evening shouldnt have a bearing on whether we can make signings or not - McCoist can concntrate on the game, Green on signing players. Anyone else suspect that was a deliberate SFA ploy to have them at Hampden all day the day before the transfer window shuts ?
