der Berliner 3,884
I bypassed the BBC Sports pages as much as possible, after they tarnished our name throughout the world in recent months. If anything, use the SkySports Score Centre
bluebear54 0
Even better. I'm looking forward immensely to a cheery chappy from ramsdensforcash@i'm.a.tim.com handing over the medals and the Cup .........
Doc 280
now its been pointed out I have seen the ramsdens for gold tv adverts. Yeah, Bobby George does the adverts encouraging peiple to to cash in on some of their old bling. And he's got plenty to choose from.
Jim1955 12
Will the commentary on BBC Alba be in the Gaelic?
alexscottislegend 2,412
Not at all. The draw for the cup is at the sponsor's Parkhead Forge pawn shop. Their company graphics are green, white and gold, so presumably that's why the cup has green and white ribbons on it. It's certainly nothing to do with the cup holders because last season's winners were Falkirk who don't use those colours. To my mind they aren't a suitable sponsor for a Scottish football competition. It just goes to show how desperate a state Scottish football is in when a national competition is sponsored by a Parkhead pawnbroker. And here's me thinking it was Harry Ramsden's chip shop!
