The relaunched Rangers are yet to agree a deal to takeover the old club's Scottish FA membership , which is needed to play in cup and league games. The OP was based on the fact that our name appears to have been removed from the tie and the competition plus my own knowledge of how rules normally work in this type of situation e.g. you might get a postponement if half your team is down with the flu but not if your team doesn't have a licence to play at all.
