Darthter 542
then we have to get the football authorities back in the courtroom . Imho...we have to be sensible. Fighting the authoritise via the courts isn't reqlly gonna help things. The idea that we "go down fighting" is nonsense. Do we REALLY want the club to die?? We need to get the license transfered asap, then do the fighting from within & following the defined proceedures. Club survival is the no.1 priority and should out way everythong else.
der Berliner 3,888
If anything, we should have the SFA agreeing to our right to challenge any further sanctions in a CoA, if they dislike the normal legal authorities
Guest Dutchy
The court in question should indeed be the CoA, but as we're running out of time for any reasonable solution, which is a tactic used by the SFA/SPL, publicity is our next best bet. What the feck have UEFA/FIFA got to say about this situation??? Enough is enough!
