Imho...we have to be sensible. Fighting the authoritise via the courts isn't reqlly gonna help things. The idea that we "go down fighting" is nonsense. Do we REALLY want the club to die??

 

We need to get the license transfered asap, then do the fighting from within & following the defined proceedures. Club survival is the no.1 priority and should out way everythong else.

The court in question should indeed be the CoA, but as we're running out of time for any reasonable solution,which is a tactic used by the SFA/SPL, publicity is our next best bet.

 

What the feck have UEFA/FIFA got to say about this situation???
