If you accept this we will do that etc. Any proper, normal organisation will set the penalty and the "accused" will then appeal if it's too harsh. The sfa know it CAN'T impose these sanctions so it resorts to blackmail, absolutely stunning, especially when it does it under the name of sporting integrity. I say no more negotiation and take matters to UEFA and let them pass judgement on the whole thing.
