UCF2008 0 Posted July 15, 2012 Share Posted July 15, 2012 I said it to illustrate the importance of 100% clarity on who owns us. not because its true or even likely but because if you accept anything but clarity you make all things possible. That's where we hit a problem in terms of knowing who the real investors are. After all, a fund of 50 investors could be created much like what was supposedly behind the Ticketus/Octopus deal that Whyte did and in that type of scenario following the money trail is difficult, perhaps even nigh on impossible. 0 Quote Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

If it was a one man takeover then yes, but if an investor who wants 5% says I want to remain anonymous he/she has that right. This we must know who they are, then every little detail about their private and business life appears on less scrupulous sites.
