CumbernauldGers 0
Can you tell us exactly what we did wrong? I'm pretty sure, like the rest of the SPL, you can't actually explain it plainly, and you will probably get fact and allegations mixed up as well as who is actually responsible. Is this for real? What part of Rangers not paying the tax man, other clubs, going into admin did you miss? All of it it seems.
chilledbear 16
I don't think it worked.
54andcounting 0
Funny how it's the same people who slam Mr Green for saying nothing then slam Mr Murray for saying something....
craig 5,199
Did Motherwell or Dundee or Gretna have to come out and say sorry for going into administration? So because they didnt we shouldnt ? I just think that there IS something for the club to apologise for, even if it was the two charlatans that were effectively corrupt (moreso the latter IMO). I personally find it a bit childish to have a "they didnt so we shouldnt" mentality. Two wrongs dont make a right. The impact of all three of those administrations on Scottish football was little. Ours is potentially catastrophic to the game, not all our fault admittedly. All about opinions though I guess.

Who IS responsible then ? SDM ? Whyte ? HMRC ? LBG ? I dont think there is any doubt that Murray and Whyte are at least culpable, most definitely the latter - and given that they were custodians of the club that surely means that an apology is necessary. For instance, many, many of our support feel that Whyte always intended on entering administration. That being the case, why did he purchase Wallace from Hearts knowing that he had no intent on paying the full fee ? An apology isnt necessary for that ?
craig 5,199
How about the SFA and the SPL apologising to us for running such inept regimes that permit "a nutter" to own and rape a football club, their systems decreed Craig Whyte to be "fit and proper". I completely agree with this. It doesn't, however, preclude the club from issuing an apology for the wrongdoings of Whyte, he was acting on our behalf (note I refuse to say best interests) whether we like(d) it or not.
craig 5,199
Not in my name. He specifically states that the fans made no wrongdoing, thereby effectively absolving the fans of being the ones making the apology.

Don't let David Murray getting out before the shit hit the fan make you forget his incredibly huge role.
