Hence why we cannot afford to sign away our right to take legal action.

Totally agree with that we should never give up the right to take things that are unjust through the courts.

What do you mean by that? Signing away our right to take legal action? Who are you talking about that might do that?

Cant be Charles Green as he's already visited that road.

Simple really if the ongoing enquiries find out we were simply the victims of a fraud yet punished by the governing bodies as if we were the perpetrators then we would have legal recourse, Charles Green's travelled down quite a few roads the majority of them with dead ends. We're supposed to have full corporate banking facilities yet the ticket Office cannot process payments via Credit Cards or Direct Debits.

He may well accept the transfer embargo if it runs from 1/9/2012 till 1/9/2013 a solution that gets the SFA out of their self dug hole.

That would possibly render us relegation material,if it's backed up with a healthy points deduction?. Hardly conducive to recovery!.

If Green puts his signature on a document that removes our inalienable right to seek legal recourse if it's found we have a case to pursue then it will be him. It's been common enough knowledge for weeks that in all probability he would accept the SFA sanction of a transfer embargo, a great f*&k you to the RFFF and all those who bought the badges, the rosettes, the raffles, the auctions and those who filled up the donation buckets and held and attended the numerous fund raisers, no?

But with respect, it was CG who took us down the road of challenging football laws out with, as for the RFFF and as you say those who bought into EVERYTHING, that happened before Green got control. Are you saying he's 'ripping the pish' out of that? I just can't see the man doing that.
