If they are his asset then he should be persuing this. If I own a car then all of a sudden someone else is driving it claiming its theirs Id not simply accept this. If the regulations were not followed correctly then the players are correct. You would hope that D&P were correct, so the club gets at least somewhat for the "deserters". What makes me wondering is that other clubs happily sign these chaps on without knowing the potential outcome of this. They might be sued for luring the players from existing contracts, mind you.
