Walter Smith reveals blueprint

Recommended Posts

Smith, Brown TBK's, they have all come out saying how much better their "deals" were.....how much better the club would be run etc. That they were determined to turn the club around, that they were gonna force Green's hand and purchase the club!!!

Brown's BS about the title deeds....copies were posted online later that evening (STV website)

Smith saying that Green's business plan wasn't the way to do it, yet the details he's mentioned in his own interview look VERY, VERY similar to Green's.

The almost constant playing to the media about "we're gonna do this" & "we're gonna do that"....then doing nothing - sounds exactly like BS to me.

TBK for one could complain to the courts if they really believe they had a better bid turned down, considering they task the administrators with getting the best deal for the creditors.

Surprise surprise they nor anyone else have done that.

you have a funny sense of the word bullshit.

Want to know what bullshit is?,,, your comparison of a bloody porsche garage to walter smiths attempt to get the club,,

It is also bullshit someone with such views call themselves rangers fans.

grow up and get a grip for gods sake ,the bid that was put forward from Smith and McColl was pure shite and nothing more

makes you wonder what Walter knows about greens actual plan doesn't it.

ps those certainly weren't title deeds that were posted. that said I am personally convinced sevco Scotland owns the stadium etc. of course we have no really who owns sevco Scotland.

if you alter it to say you offered the dealer 10% ish more than he paid for the Porsche a week ago and had that cash available then the analogy would be relatively sound.

He knows fuck all, other wise he would have went and sold his soul to the press again for a few pieces of silver.

Walters and Browns bids are just like your comments on Green, full of hot air and with no substance to back them up.

The man who thought we should be spending money when we didn't have it. Maybe better he didn't come back at any level.

That's an interesting point actually. I remember him saying relatively recently (prior to administration), that we needed to spend something like £20m on the squad. Quite a frightening remark.

Quite a realistic remark, since both he and most fans would know that there was no chance whatsoever of that sort of money coming through.

If anyone can show me a manager who has said 'no, I won't buy player X until I know where the money is coming from' I will award him a pint. Let's just nip this pish about Smith being part of the problem before it gets started - it's a Tim campaign and no doubt they will soon be calling for Martin O'Neill to explain his £6m signings back in the day. Aye, right!

Bears should have nothing to do with it.
