Ibrox Hived Off To Seperate Newco

Recommended Posts

Unless it's a developer that wants to throw money away...

No money to be made out of such a scheme.

That's what I was thinking. Auchenhowie is non starter for property development as far a I was aware and there will many problems attached to rejigging a building with a listed facade like Ibrox. I don't get it. Renting out seems the best plan for them??

It would cost fortune in demolition, decontamination etc plus Govan is a shitehole that no-one really wants to live in, that land in front of Ibrox where flats used to be hasn't been touched ever since they were knocked down.

I find it highly unlikely.

tens of millions to be made out of the land.

Whit?

You could buy up a lot of land around Ibrox a hell of a lot cheaper - virtually free if you want to develop. Development would probably bring in more money with Rangers playing at Ibrox due to the cash and kudos that brings into the area.

He resigned as a director of the Formation Group on 22 February.

What business are the Manchester based Formation Group in again, ah that's right they're property developers.

Pardon me for quoting my own post it's not vanity honest, but what odds that it's the Formation Group that's hiding behind the Manchester based Zeus Capital, and what odds that they were initially approached by the Manchester based Duff & Phelps (MCR as was)?
