That's what I was thinking. Auchenhowie is non starter for property development as far a I was aware and there will many problems attached to rejigging a building with a listed facade like Ibrox. It would cost fortune in demolition, decontamination etc plus Govan is a shitehole that no-one really wants to live in, that land in front of Ibrox where flats used to be hasn't been touched ever since they were knocked down. You could buy up a lot of land around Ibrox a hell of a lot cheaper - virtually free if you want to develop.
