pete 2,499
Help needed! I or my kids seem to have download something that underlines certain words on a story i am reading. If I put the pointer on to it, it opens up an advert. Anyone any idea what programme causes this? Thanks.
Frankie 8,562
This happens automatically on some websites mate. Where is it happening for you? Everywhere or just selected places?
pete 2,499
Seems to be everywhere Frankie. I have it on here and FF and also the ETimes.
Frankie 8,562
Yeah, FF do it on their main site but not their forum. You may be able to stop it by installing a plugin for your browser.

Zappa 0
No problems here with Firefox 13.01 browser (including the Adblock Plus add-on/extension).
pete 2,499
No problems here with Firefox 13.01 browser (including the Adblock Plus add-on/extension). It is a programme called text enhance. It seemingly is attached to codec C and Codec M add ons. I have got rid of it at the moment by running CCleaner which cleared all the cookies. I am afraid that is a temporary fix as I have not found it's base. Watch when you(General term) are downloading codecs and don't accept the add-ons. people who complained to the company were told they have no control over it but I think they make Green sound like a saint.
