Guest carter001 Posted June 18, 2012 Share Posted June 18, 2012 Where has all this 'Sporting Integrity' crap come from? We are a club that up until CW too over had paid all our bills. He came in and chose to fuck us over and force us into administration and ultimately our current situation. What have we done that damages sporting integrity? Not paying our bills? How many clubs have done the same thing and not had this thrown at them at every turn. Are they talking about EBT's and dual contracts? Something that has yet to be proven as illegal/wrong doing? Ok, it doesn't look good but, until the outcome from the tribunal and the spl's investigation are announced we have not done anything wrong. If not paying some bills and not paying some tax, due to the actions of one man are considered as bad as match fixing/cheating, and punishable by sanctions, including expulsion, then we are all on a dangerous downward spiral. We didn't pay some bills, regardless of who it was owed to, and went into liquidation. That is our crime. Is liquidation not punishment enough? Yes, I accept some form of punishment for starting up again but, some of the sanction that have been suggested as they re-write the rules to suit themselves with their gang mentality are going way to far. These clubs have to remember what they wish for, as it might be some of them in the not to distant future.
