the gunslinger 3,366
Green to this day has done totally nothing wrong and is recieving totally undeserved treatment. If everyone puts there money where their mouth is we will be in a strong position including green and his promises to raise 20 million. back green if you want but realise this he can't raise the required cash and the reality under him is budgets cut drastically. perhaps in half.

Gazza_8 233
enough money for what? a too small cva? At least he had the balls to attempt it all. Maybe his proposed CVA was way out but at least he made the effort unlike te other preferred bidders and even the bidders who offered too little for the club. Like I said, he's not perfect, far from it but at least he's had the balls to make an attempt.
Guest ?apester
Charles Green has done nothing wrong ? Are you sure ? He has not been honest and open about where his finance is coming from . His claims of backing have gone from the sublime to the ridiculous . Shady consortium of faceless businessmen from all corners of the globe . When he finally does throw out a couple of names they deny all knowledge . He has continually whoared himself in the media since he appeared out of nowhere . Daily ramblings that just got more and more bizarre . European glory , title wins , name changes , transfer warchests , a multitude of potential signings at the cost of millions a few days before he expected creditors to take a pittance in the pound for his so called CVA . His cosseting of the daft Rangers fan was obvious and embarrassing , And his claims of having HMRC onside regarding the CVA were outright lies . Ironic then after all his media interaction that the other day he said the only good thing you get in newspapers was fixh and chips . Wouldn't argue with you there Charles . The fact that he was D&P's preferred option despite his lack of transparency and given that D&P were the preferred option of Craig Whyte and have run a totally shambolic administration that has netted them millions he cannot imo be trusted . The whole thing stinks to the heavens . Mr Green has came from nowhere and now finds himself the happy owner of hundreds of millions of pounds worth of assets he got for a song . He is not the saviour of Rangers . Rangers died and he is the sole benefactor . Well him and whoever it is behind him . For any Rangers fan to say "well he's in charge so we have to back him" is mental . We have been down that road and look where it has led us . He hasn't earned our trust . Quite the opposite i'd say and the sooner he makes his tidy profit and moves on the better .

Like I said, he's not perfect, far from it but at least he's had the balls to make an attempt. None so blind that cannot see . Tell me do you honestly think that Mr Green was serious about his CVA or thought it had any chance of being accepted ? If so why was he in the papers less than a week before the CVA was put to the creditors telling the world that Ally would have millions to spend on new players and he had targeted 19 thats NINETEEN possible signings ? . Way to go for pushing through a pittance in the pound CVA eh . There was no other preferred bidder apart from Miller (another D&P cracker) , And you don't know how much the other bidders bid or how far away from Greens bid their were . EDGE 0
This 'put his money where his mouth is' isn't strictly true. He's borrowed money, just like Murray and just like Whyte.

GovanAllan 0
Nice to see the same usual suspects who said he didn't have the 8.5mill are still saying he's skint. Just saying like.
