Guest ?apester
This is a post i made on another forum before liquidation . Thoughts ? There's been a murder . A internationally renowned institutions has been battered to death , it's corpse lies bleeding and broken at the feet of Scottish football and no one seems to care . Those charged with investigations seem to be as less than keen to get to the bottom of things . The blind are leading the blind . But fear not SFF faithful your resident gumshoe is on the case . Yes ?apester decided to don his trusty mac , call on his old sidekick Pierre and delve into the murky depths of this disgraceful debacle .I can tell you now it's a dirty little tale of intrigue and espionage , corruption and conspiracy . Pierre and i have over the last few days uncovered the truth and it will make your toes curl . With the aid of the very best technology and modern day investigative techniques i have been able to shed light on the shady shenanigans down Ibrox way . Here is where the stones we turned over led us . It's a list of those culpable and some may find it hard to stomach but the truth must be told . CHARLES GREEN : The self professed saviour of Glasgow Rangers . A man who rode out of the south with promises of investment that would keep the victim alive . False promises all my friends because Mr Green is not all he seems . The public face of a shady multi-national consortium , or so he says he has been very public in the last few weeks . Every chance to get his boatrace in the papers and on TV was grabbed with gusto . His exultations on a daily basis designed to get the Rangers masses onside . But on closer inspection his claims don't make much sense . Firstly he told us weeks ago he had came to an agreement over a CVA with HMRC . HMRC were onside he cheerily told us , all is well nothing to worry about . Yet yesterday he said he had never spoken to HMRC ???? He and HMRC had never communicated and it was Duff and Phelps who were the only ones involved with Rangers who had spoken with HMRC . So his personal assurances came from who exactly ? He also said in the same insipid interview that he had no idea HMRC were going to put the kibosh on his CVA intentions . Yet HMRC last week went to court to have a liquidator put in place . Pierre and i were astounded that a man with the business acumen that Green claims to have could not spot that hint a mile away . Pretty obvious even to Pierre that one . As for the CVA . Mr Green didn't seem to have taken that at all seriously . He asks creditors to take a pittance in the pound as a payoff and at the very same time is all over the papers telling all and sundry that he has 19 players targeted and McCoist will have millions to spend on the team . Stupid mistake i hear you thinking . But no . A cunning ploy because Mr Green and who ever his cohorts are benefit the most from Rangers's demise . Mr Green has in place and agreement with D&P to buy off Rangers assets for a paltry £5.5 million pound . Bargain of the century . Mr Green came from nowhere made a deal with both D&P and a certain other who's shares were miraculously passed over with the minimum of fuss . Our man Green is culpable indeed . The only thing missing is the smoking gun . DUFF AND PHELPS: The duplicitous duo have ran this administration like Laurel and Hardy but without the laughs . Deadline after deadline , Disaster after disaster . They have given new meaning to dragging your feet . Everything they have done has been to the benefit of themselves . Their fees are the equivalent of the national debt of some third world countries and they will make sure they aren't paid a pittance in the pound when they ride out of town leaving the carnage behind and never looking back . It has to be said this mob set alarm bells ringing as soon as they were put in place . Craig Whytes preferred option . Well that says it all really . That should have been enough to disqualify them for the job . That and the fact that one of their senior partners advised CW during the takeover of Rangers . A fact that your sensible sleuth flagged up as far back as February and was largely ignored until Aunty Beeb put it into a tedious documentary two months later . Maybe they aren't aided by a truth hunter the caliber of Pierre though eh . This contemptuous company should be taken to task toot sweet . They are up to their necks in it . Et tu Brute the knifes have planted right up to their hilt in the back of the Rangers body . HMRC : These have made sure our victim never had a chance . They let D&P take control of Administration knowing full well they had ulterior motives and an extreme conflict of interest . Only last week the had BDO inserted as liquidators . Why ? Because they know D&P are frauds . They have said it is not their policy to agree on CVA's . Information that they could have furnished months ago and information that seems very curious when you consider the deals they have done throughout the years with companies such as Vodaphone . CRAIG WHYTE: The real villain of the piece your thinking . He has certainly struck plenty of mortal blows . He is a disgrace who could always be seen to be a disgrace by a simple act of googling his name . At least this villain is now out in the open . Everybody and their granny knows what a shyster he is . He has no where to hide and we can only hope he ends up getting his just desserts .
Guest ?apester
second part lol THE SFA: A pack of fools implicit in their buffoonery . It would cost them millions of pounds to check on potential buyers for clubs .They have put the onus on clubs to the simpliest of jobs that they cannot do and have not done in the very recent past . Yet they throw hundreds of thousands of pounds and illegal sanctions out as punishment for their ineptitude . Kicked the cadaver when it lay taking it's dying breaths .Shameful and shambolic . THE KINGPIN : The man who is at the centre of it all . The architect of destruction . The real killer of RFC . I give you Mr David Murray . No SIR from this poster . He deserves nothing but our contempt . He gave our club over to the rats and vermin who finished the job that kingrat started . His pathetic claims of ignorance are salt on the wounds of his victim . He knew what he had done and he knew fine well what his successor would do . He was informed . Duped my arse . He knew and he didn't give a fuck . As guilty as sin this chap . Hang him high and leave his carcass for the crows .
aweebluesoandso 290
Murray the later day Pontius Pilot, washed his hands of Rangers and then watch it get crucified. But like Lazarus we are rising from the dead. (Sorry about the mixed metaphors)

I'm not sure if he deserves it, but to be fair, Green did say Deloitte had consulted with HMRC on his behalf, but that he hadn't spoken to HMRC personally. Really ! Still doesn't change the fact that HMRC were never onside and were never likely to be . The CVA was pure kidology from yer man .

Quote “But I have to report barely concealed joy and enthusiasm from my contact in HMRC who once memorably told me, referring to Rangers FC: ‘Remember our Eleventh Commandment, Alex – Thou Shalt Not Get Away with It’.

I never thought for one minute that the CVA would be accepted by HMRC because it was always a red herring. Having said that, I don't think the other bidders before Green would have had much more of a chance of getting HMRC to accept a lowball CVA proposal than Green did because I think HMRC have known all along that they would reject a CVA.
