I'll tell you what though, I'd rather have Ally McCoist at the helm of our Newco than just about any of them. If we lost him, I can almost guarantee the alternative would be no better AND he'd be starting with a good bit less squad wise. Ally's on that amount of money because that's what we've been paying our managers ...and then some. He'd also no doubt, be willing to stay as our manager for a good bit less. It's not about the money for Ally. If it was, he wouldn't even be here. He'd be sat with a lucrative golden handcuffs deal from the beeb and raking it in on the celeb circuit.
