The SFA are not obliged to transfer the membership from the oldco to the newco, so yes, it is a club matter.

 

So, we're at the mercy of the SFA? The continuation of our history is dependent on the transfer of existing membership to a newco?

 

No reason not to transfer other than hatred, right enough; but I don't trust them one iota.

The only good thing to come out of this is that ex-owners will get investigated.

 

Then again, it's not that good, because nothing will happen to them, even if they were to be found guilty of something or another.

 

If they were done, over 70% of bussinessmen in this country would be in trouble as well.

 

The reason these scum can do what they did is because we have a legalised system of corruption in this country, which is why you hear them all saying, "but no laws were broken"

 

Aye, right!!!
