This is a stitch up, people have been out to get us for years and one hell of an effort by our haters made this possible. Witch hunt, agenda, conspiracy, this saga has everything. Murray gave them the ammunition and Whyte opened the doors for them. Sick.

Nobody is to blame for this but the men at the top of our club.

Like i said. "Murray gave them the ammunition and Whyte opened the doors for them." the decision to reject the CVA was made by an outside source but no one can deny as you say those who ran our club are more to blame.

we'll agree to support change from 11-1 SPL voting to say 9-3 and all SPL clubs will vote us back into SPL next season

The vote on whether we play in the SPL next season as a newco will apparently only require an 8 to 4 vote anyway, so that's our vote plus 7 others.

The SPL voting structure on newco sanctions is another story. We'll find out more on that soon enough though.

After having taken some time to digest all of this, I'm left wondering if HMRC's decision is final or if there's still some leeway. If by whatever means the CVA were to be revised to offer significantly more to creditors than it currently does, would HMRC still vote against?

Despite CG and D&P claiming this is a policy decision, the statements from HMRC seem to suggest otherwise and that it's in fact the offered return to creditors which is insufficient for them to give it their backing ...in turn losing the opportunity to take certain individuals to task.
