simplythebest 0
Can you explain what the courts have to do with the CVA Proposal? The courts scrutinize the administration so that includes the CVA, which is meant to be the end game.
forlanssister 3,114
I'd like to think fans will stick by the club whatever state we're in considering we've come close to losing our team totally, still don't know for sure that we won't. 26,000 came through the turnstiles to see the Dundee Utd game at a time when we were at deaths door that will become the norm rather than the exception. We couldn't even approach to selling out Ibrox for the last few games of the season in our hour of greatest need.
caseyjones 0
The courts scrutinize the administration so that includes the CVA, which is meant to be the end game. Did D&P take the CVA Proposal to the courts for approval prior to it going out to the creditors?
simplythebest 0
Did D&P take the CVA Proposal to the courts for approval prior to it going out to the creditors? Can't pretend I know enough about it to say exactly, but I think the courts would interfere if it wasn't a genuine proposal.

simplythebest 0
celtc fans crave success rangers fans demand it. That kind of attitude got us into this mess.
Zappa 0
Can't pretend I know enough about it to say exactly, but I think the courts would interfere if it wasn't a genuine proposal. I think it's very unlikely that the courts will interfere in the administration process because of the quality (or "quantum") of the CVA proposal unless one of the creditors go to the court with a petition. Also, while the CVA proposal is obviously in the public domain, Duff & Phelps don't need to officially report to the Court or Companies House regarding the creditors meeting until some time after the meeting is concluded.

Well i'm not sure if I really want fans that only want to stick by the club for glory.
