Gazza_8 233
So he's admitted it was him and not an imposter? An easy burst. He has to go!!
Zappa 0
In the press conference after the SFA AGM today Regan was asked quite a few questions on his thoughts about the signing ban/embargo given to Rangers. As you would expect, he defended the decision and made the point more than once that the Judicial Panel and Appellate Tribunal decisions were and are independent of the SFA. I find it incredible that neither he or anyone questioning him realised the obvious contradaction because at the same time as pointing out the independence of these disciplinary panels and their decisions, Regan was also claiming that the punishment they handed out to us was the club being punished "by football". Maybe it's just me, but I fail to understand how he can say that the punishment was being dished out by Scottish football if it was actually dished out by independent Judicial Panels mostly comprised of individuals from outwith the sport. I really think what the SFA under Regan have done with these ever-changing (and inconsistent) independent panels is a complete joke and making more of a mockery of the Scottish game than anything Rangers have been charged with. Combine that with today's new resolutions and additional articles to the rule book and it's perfectly clear that the SFA are simply abdicating their responsibilities to run and govern the game properly. If they sub out all of the work to the member clubs and third party "judicial panels" to take the responsibilities away from the SFA itself, then why does Scottish football need to pay millions of pounds a year from it's already tight budget to have this mob at Hampden? Why should Scottish football be paying expense accounts for muppets like Regan to travel backwards and forwards over the border so that he can sub out one responsibility after another? We all understand the worthiness of delegation, but this is getting to be beyond a joke.

der Berliner 4,145
What exactly did Hugh Dallas get the sack for again?
smile 0
Regan on STV news just talked about the tweet wanting Jig hanged , said that it is no big deal and suggested that the Rangers fans are making an issue of it to hit back at him . That is a disgrace he should be sacked all the supporters groups should be calling for his head. If he said it about lennon he would already be out a job.
kuznetsov 0
What exactly did Hugh Dallas get the sack for again? Warning parents about a certain danger to kids, he did not want anyone hanged or anything disgusting like that. Only in the Republic of Scotland.

Remember Humza Yousaf MSP, who was very vocal on the subject of the use of the word 'Hun' and he refused to condemn its use by Celtic fan representatives. He felt that complaining about it was “tit for tat” by Rangers fans. Seems Regan thinks he can brush this 'no big deal' aside and use basically the same excuse for it.

That is because tims can get away with that sort of crap. They are masters at the old sweep sweep.
metlika 0
How many blunders can one man make and get away without his job, anybody else and they would have been removed. Since he has been appointed he has practically made a mistake every week in the job. Oh and the hit back card, seems a very defective excuse.
Guest Dutchy
Just seeing the guy in action is enough to sadden the heart of any football fan, not just Gers fans. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/18349290
