pete 2,499
Agree with this. We used to say a manager needs 3 years to turn things round so i think Le Guen should be allowed 1 season to get things right. On saying that if he was a commercial manager he would have been out on his ear by now,
Gribz 919
I believe he is the right man for the job!! Maybe we need to go backwards to come forwards..or are we too impatient to give him the chance.I might be wrong and I will admit it if he doesnt turn the team around. ...but right now I hope he his given the time to get the team back on track!! Yeah il go with that aswell. There should be someone in the back doing the motivating like Durrant though.
ascender 352
He does need time, but we need to see progress on the pitch. Even if its not just results, we need to see that we're finally playing some better football. The thing is though, I don't think most Bears will be happy with that. Unless he starts winning, the protests will get much, much worse.
Guest Bertent
Time, money? his inability to motivate, recognise problems deal in the transfer market and half arseed apologise mean Im not prepared to give him one more defeat. Christ its so bad Im even thinking a hard basturd like Souness would be a better option!
