54andcounting 0
Rangers FC most powerful of ALL things Scottish have finally come out growling, teeth and all. The SFA had 'a wee kick' at them and got their fingers burnt, next up is ALL things football...... FIFA. Who will win? The SFA, Rangers FC or FIFA? Scenario: FIFA v SFA...FIFA order SFA to get tough on Rangers FC or sanctions will be placed on ALL of Scottish football meaning NO European football for ANY Scottish club and NO recognition for Scotland's International team. How will this pan out? Rangers FC wee club for many years...or Scottish professional football no more. What would you take right now?
Max Rebo's Big Blue Nose 0
We just need a resolution on this either way. I would take our medicine in the shape of a cup ban. In the grand scheme of things the Scottish cup is irrelevant to Rangers
the gunslinger 3,366
the s ottish cup is worth several million pounds on average a season to us.
der Berliner 4,165
the s ottish cup is worth several million pounds on average a season to us. Are you sure? On average, not all of our games are screened live, not all of our games are at home (where the money is made ... and split in half in the cup?), there is no guarantee that we actually get all the way ... and the prize money is? ... Just saying/asking.
Jim1955 12
I think the Scottish cup is normally profitable for us but have no idea just how much is earned.
craig 5,199
I doubt it is worth several million quid a season to us, though admittedly it depends on your definition of "several"

Just saying/asking. well this year it would be very little. conversely last year we had two games against the yahoos grossing over 5 million in ticket sales alone. it will settle out at a few million a year.
