Is Green trying to do Deal with SFA

There's really not much if any damage left to be done by someone else.

I completely disagree.

We'll come through this current mess battered, bruised and with deep cuts, but the club will survive and heal over time. That doesn't mean there's no more damage that can be done though, far from it in fact. Going into administration a second time cannot be allowed to happen because it could be a death blow. Unfortunately nobody can guarantee that it won't happen, but it should be Duff & Phelps duty to put the club into the most capable hands in order to minimise the chances of us being back in administration in the near future.

What about the taxman? We cannot come out of this in any state until HMRC are satisfied, newco aside.

Yet as far as we know none of the claims have been enough for a creditor to demand their removal etc.

I think it's quite uncommon for that to happen and if a creditor were to petition the court to have D&P replaced, they would need to have solid proof of their case against D&P in order to be successful.

HMRC are a big problem for us IMO. They're notrious for rejecting football club CVAs even for relatively small amounts of money owed to them. There's been a lot of chatter in recent months about HMRC having said they wouldn't be a problem, but I'm affraid I simply don't buy that at all.

Well that's my point when I talk about not much damage left to be done, David Murray started this shite with HMRC and Whyte added to it, but I doubt Green can do anything else to annoy them.

David Murray thought he was using a perfectly legal tax scheme.

Craig Whyte knew he was breaking the law and knew he was taking Rangers into administration.

Again I will play devils advocate on the big taxcase if we get a result is Murray a hero again?

Not at all, it's worth noting I never considered him a hero, although I never thought it would get this bad. He borrowed every penny he put into Rangers, built up debt that we were always going to struggle to sustain and let a tax scheme be used that regardless of the final result was clearly not bullet proof, otherwise HMRC wouldn't have have got it this far.

The tax case has caused plenty of damaging uncertainty without being decided so I do wish the tribunal still going on wasn't used as an excuse, David Murray brought our club to it's knees and sold to someone he knew was a conman since he didn't have the guts to go down the administration route himself.

Murray is scum and I honestly have more respect for Neil Lennon than him.

He gambled with the taxman, just like he borrowed and gambled throughout his whole Rangers stewardship.

The ultimate Rangers enemy is David Murray.
