They won't be calling in the debt with any matter of urgency though, it'll be a gradual pay back scheme to eventually make a profit once Rangers are fit and healthy again. You don't have a clue what the plans are for the future, so you can't guarantee anything. Not being in debt to HMRC, Ticketus, banks etc is the big thing about a CVA or newco.
