There was lots of legal argument this morning - hard to get head round. Essentially #rangers think the tribunal's decision was unlawful.

Fucking hope the judge is a bear! Simple fact is though there were no grounds for this embargo, so if all is pure and holy this ruling should go in our favour.

He can only refer it back to the SFA apparently. But, as with Lennon, if their rules are shown to be legally flawed they may withdraw/change the sanction.

So, in actual fact, this is pointless. If SFA disagree with the court, it doesn't make any difference. And they will disagree if we win.
