The money from Ticketus he's not arguing that money came from Ticketus he's arguing that he didn't know that it was to be used to buy the club. he says it was for a small amount. It maybe Gun but that's not the point he's getting chased on, it's that he knew that the money they were lining up with Ticketus was for the purchase not the running costs and even though I don't believe him we can't prove it. There's nothing in Black & White to nail him he knows it and the Beeb know it, but there's also nothing that totally clears him as well, again he knows it and the Beeb know it.
