New owners set to increase the Season Ticket prices?

I will not renew until I see what is on offer from Green etc and if we do enter the SPL (CVA acheived etc) As far as I am concerned we need assurances if we enter the SPL minus any of Liewell's penalties, if not be it will akin to be having a share in a three legged racehorse.

We also should never forget who stabbed us in the back "Sink us and we will Sink you" 100% boycott of away games and no competing in Scottish Cup, the time for us to starve them has arrived, like they tried to choke us.

Would even go as far as, if we do get on an even keel and they try to impose their kangaroo court judgement on us, resign and apply to SFL

The club is still in trouble. It needs cash. There's been many promising to invest in a potential share issue, join a monthly membership scheme or whatever but there's hesitation about renewing season tickets? I don't get it.

I would expect there not to be a season ticket left unsold. If Rangers are to survive there needs to be full backing from the fans, unless you can't afford a season ticket why wouldn't you buy one or renew?.

Going by the attitude on here a sell out is never going to happen.

I'm eager and willing to help the club in any way. If that means a season book increase so be it.

However, I'd like to see our commitment reciprocated in clear plans for the club's future and genuine involvement for our support. For that reason, I'd prefer to see a membership scheme founded whereby season ticket prices can remain the same but other fans can contribute more should they wish.

That means slightly more could be raised via a slightly higher fee than a ticket price increase while giving the chance to bears who can't afford to attend games (or logistically can't) the chance to contribute as well. Moreover, if Green does indeed have an open door policy, he can nominate one of the RFFF to chair this scheme and have them on the board of the club.

Everyone wins.

Yes a membership scheme would be good, depnding oon benefits but it will take time to get up and running. The club will need cash immediately. and that's why season ticket money wioll be vital.

Likewise we need to know the plans for the future, but are we realy going to hold off buying a season ticket until we get them? Will the words mean anything anyway?

As for the RFFF, I'm still waiting to hear an explanation for the Dunfermilne debacle before I back any of the committee.

Obviously I was just thinking out loud so perhaps any increase in season ticket monies could be offset against a future membership scheme discount.

I think offering supporters a greater say (or at least involvement) would increase our financial commitment and improve club/supporter relations as well. It's a no brainer IMO.

Don't know if it was just talk from Green but I liked the Football Club Board idea he proposed to work along side the PLC board, a membership scheme would be a great thing for them to organise and run making sure all the monies raised went to the team. Say £10 a month worldwide and £5 if your a ST holder. If you put past players and elected fans on it I can't see it going wrong.
