thesins 0
Duff & Phelps were all set to go with the Blue Knights bid until was decimated when Ticketus pulled out due to the ridiculous SFA sanctions. We could have gone with the Blue Knights as preferred bidder 2-3 weeks ago and exit from administration could be only 1-2 weeks away and we could trust the owners to have the best interest of the club at heart. Instead we are no further forward and all sitting here just hoping D&P get a move on and make the correct choice. We should never forget it was the SFA who tried to kill us off with their draconian sanctions. Do we even have a date for the appeal to be heard?
Frankie 8,852
The lack of progress on all fronts really is very disappointing. Needs someone to air this frustration in public. The SFA are not fit for purpose and their lack of action (one way or the other) is strangling our club.
andy steel 0
As long as we ultimately recognise that it's no one's fault but our own we're in this mes to begin with, I'm all for highlighting the shortcomings of others.
the gunslinger 3,366
the blue knights problem is whytes shares. they have the funding without ticketus.
Guest Guardian
If that is the case then we may well be thanking the SFA for doing us an inadvertent favour. It seems we have some real bidders now with real funding and intent. It was reported they'd got Whytes shares yesterday.
the gunslinger 3,366
d & p did indeed make some claims they coukdnt back up about whytes claims. though maybe they can now.
Guest Guardian
Who asked them to back the claim up ?
the gunslinger 3,366
the blue knights off course.
Guest Guardian
I suppose you have a link to this ? Or is it filed away with their bid info in Lord Lucans house ? Academic now. TBK are skinto and irrelevant. Their win by default plan has sunk without trace.
the gunslinger 3,366
that's certainly one view point.
